Romans 15;1-2 Now we who are strong have an obligation to bear the weaknesses of those without strength, and not to please ourselves. Each one of us must please his neighbor for his good, in order to build him up. (HCSB) Although this is an extreme example of someone "without strength", you and I come upon them every day. I believe that when Paul speaks of "we", he is talking about Christians. We are to be the "strong" in Christ. When we encounter someone "without strength," a homeless person, a friend who needs encouragement, or an unbeliever in need of salvation, we have more than a suggestion from the Word to help them. We have an obligation. From my daily email from: www.sportsmensdevotional.com/

I recently had a fellow brother in Christ who became homeless...everyone he called for help only offered prayers, which is good, but lacks sacrifice of self, including $. Without enabling, I was able to help him from A to ?. I don't mention this for my glory, but for His, aware of Matt:6...My point is, we have to follow praying with doing...
