Checking Your Faith
Is it possible to have the wrong kind of faith? Or is it enough just to believe in something? And if that's the case, isn't one religious idea as good as another? Take a moment to evaluate your own faith by asking yourself which of the following apply to you:
My faith is in my ability to control my own destiny.
My faith is in my good name and living
My faith is in my church or its ceremonies.
My faith is in my ability to improve myself.
My faith is in my ability to push all negative thoughts out of my mind.
My faith is in my own sincerity.
My faith is in my power to tap an inner, godlike resource.
My faith is in Jesus Christ and His death on the cross for me and His resurrection.
When it comes to your own personal destiny, it's essential that you trust in the right Person. If you place your faith in Jesus Christ, you can know that your have the right kind of faith.
