I realize that this is asking a lot, perhaps too much since many of us are on the go and away from home, unable to comply with this, but I thought it would be fun if a few of us could share some home / family pictures to help us get to know one another a bit better... Here are some pictures I have taken around our home, including my little pond in the last few days... I really hope this will catch on at least a little.... One of the things I enjoy most is introducing kids to airplanes. I invited them to the cockpit many times during my airline career. I still look for opportunties! This picture was taken at Centennial airport, Denver. There is a restaurant above the FBO we were at and as we walked to the airplane Mom approached us and asked if, by chance, her son could see our plane. They had come out for breakfast to watch airplanes and another pilot eating nearby encouraged her to ask us for a visit. The young man was enthralled and left with a handful of various treats from our stock drawers. Who knows - maybe a future aviator was "planted" that day. What fun!!! Attachments:

It's not often that you get a picture of yourself flying the aircraft depicted but that is me in the right seat here. I had lunch with a buddy while flying through San Jose. He called a friend who is an airplane photo enthusiast who works at the airport and he got this shot of our departure! Attachments:
