This is what leadership is truly about. Jesus did not come to be served by man. Jesus came to serve man, set us free from the bondage of sin, fear, doubt, unbelief and to give us hope and a future.
A true leader is able to see the lion in a person. He builds on their strengths to give them hope. He identifies their weakness and goes through the valley with them to face their fears. When they reach the other side, they are stronger and steadfast looking for an opportunity to help someone else in need. The cycle never stops, and it is a calling that must be desired without expectations of compensation. The reward is in the fulfillment of Gods calling in our heart that no material possession can take the place of.
This is called Leadership through Servanthood, AND HAS BEEN CREATED FOR A TIME SUCH AS THIS!
