This is a short video about the Memphis Bell .. On May 17, 2018 the US Air Force Museum will be showing for the 1st time the restoration of this historic aircraft .. The 75th anniversary since it's last mission May 17,1943 ..
There will be a 3 day celebration with some of the surviving B-17's in attendance .. I believe that Mid America Flight Museum will be taking their 2 WWII C-47 “Sky King" and C-41 that was Gen Hap Arnolds personal plane ..
To help show case America's airpower during WWII .
