Linda and I went to see this movie yesterday. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as there had been a somewhat
less than enthusiastic review forwarded to the group by one of our members. I went with an open mind.
My opinion: It is an excellent movie. It would be particularly good for the unbelievers and questioning out there and for young people in general. The critique was something about too much apologetics, I believe. To me, that was a strong point. We need to be able to answer the skeptics. We need to "be able to give the reason for the hope that we have."
A friend, not a member here, is dealing with the imminent death of his father who is not a believer. The story here deals with that very issue in a very moving way!
My recommendation: Go see it and be blessed! And enjoy the music!!
